1st to 5th July 2008	SAP (Student Assessment Program) for the students of Class VIII successfully conducted in 21 schools of GOA. Total of 60 Schools covered as on date.
30th June to 4th July 2008	Pri-Accreditation Report distributed in 11 Taluka’s in the presence of A.D.E.I. Roadmap explanation also done.
16th to 30th June 2008	2nd year of BJS - EDUQIP begins in Goa for the academic year 2008-09. SAP (Student Assessment Program) for the student of Class VIII successfully conducted in 39 schools of GOA.
6th June 2008 to 4th July 2008	EBSIP – Second round visit was completed in 10 schools under EBSIP program as on 4/7/2008.
24th May 2008	Roadmap guidance was given to 16 schools.
23rd May 2008	EBSIP – Second round visit was completed in 12 out of 22 schools under EBSIP program as on 23rd May 2008.
14th May 2008	The fifth G-BASIC meeting was held at the Conference Room of the Education Directorate wherein the following members were present.1. Dr. Celsa Pinto (Director Dept. of Education, Goa) 2. Shri. Santosh Amonkar (Jt. Director - SCERT, Goa) 3. Shri. Suhas Thakurdesai, Manager, BJS-EDUQIP, Goa. 4. Brig. Satish Kalia (Dy. Director, BJS, Pune) 5. Mr. G.P. Bhatt, Director SCERT, Goa (Co-opted member).
2nd to 8th May 2008	Implemented Social Awareness Programme & Mulimedia Awareness Programme for the remaining talukas of Goa. The team covered 18 schools. 27 Teachers represented these schools & for Social Awareness the team covered 23 Schools & 43 Parent members of PTA bodies of the respective schools attended the program.
1st May 2008	Three member team form Goa Office left to Pune to conduct Teacher Training for FJEI School Teachers in Wagholi.
30th April 2008	Roadmap guidance was given to 33 schools.
22nd to 30th April 2008	Implemented Social Awareness Programme for the Second time in 7 talukas of Goa. The team covered 23 schools. 34 Parent members of PTA bodies of the respective schools attended the program.
07th to 18th April 2008	Implemented Multimedia Awareness Programme for the Second time in 10 talukas of Goa. The team covered 130 schools. 204 Teacher represented these schools.
31st March 2008	8 Programs have been successfully implemented in the Academic year 2007-08. Accreditation & Pri-Accreditation, TT, SS, KK, MDP I & II, Teaching with Multimedia Awareness, Social & Education Awareness & EBSIP.
31st March 2008	EBSIP - First round visit was completed in 20 out of 22 schools under EBSIP program as on 31st March 2008.
24th March 2008	9 Members of the BJS EDUQIP (Goa) team leaves for Pune Head Office to conduct EDUQIP in various state as part of Summer Bonanza.
19th March 2008	Successfully implemented Teaching with Multimedia Awareness Program in 11 talukas of Goa. The team covered 236 schools. 343 teachers represented these schools.
19th March 2008	Successfully implemented Social & Education Awareness Program in 11 talukas of Goa. The team covered 190 schools. 361 Parent members of PTA bodies of the respective schools attended the program.
10th March 2008	First visit for EBSIP Schools. Dept of Goa has selected 22 schools for launching EDUQIP Based School Improvement Plan. BJS EDUQIP (Goa) will regularly monitor these schools for quality improvement.
07th March 2008	Launched Social and Education Awareness Program for parents of PTA body in Salcette Taluka. 49 teachers attended.
07th March 2008	Launched Teaching with Multimedia Awareness Program in Bicholim Taluka. 49 teachers attended.
26th February 2008	SMART School Program follow up of all schools accredited by BJS EDUQIP completed. Mr. Kalpak Nayak, Project Leader BJS EDUQIP (Goa) successfully completes the above with his team.
09th February 2008	MDP Level III conducted for North and Central Education Zone schools accredited by BJS EDUQIP.
07th & 08th February 2008	MDP Level II 2nd round conducted at D.I.E.T. hall for the next set of education officers.
04th & 05th February 2008	MDP Level II inaugurated for Goa Education Officers. Director Education, Dr. Celsa Pinto inaugurated the event. Project In Charge (Goa) Avinash Bhambra welcomed the gathering. Exe. Director Shri Sunil Phadke and Dy. Director Brig. Kalia conducted the session. Mr. Mohan Goankar, resource person BJS, proposed the vote of thanks.
25th January 2008	Smart School, Knowledge Kafe and Road Map implemented in 251 schools of Goa as on 25th January 2008.
25th January 2008	Pri-Accreditation BJS EDUQIP Team visits to randomly selected 20% schools of all Talukas has been successfully implemented.
14th to 16th January 2008	Teachers’ Training conducted in Sanguem and Mormugao Taluka of Central & South Education Zone, Goa respectively. This completes Phase I of Teachers’ Training of all 11 talukas of Goa.
10th to 12th January 2008	Teachers’ Training conducted in Pernem and Sattari Taluka of North Education Zone, Goa.
11th January 2008	Teachers’ Training team moved up North Goa and conducted Teachers’ Training Phase I for Bardez and Bicholim Talukas.
7th to 9th January 2008	Teachers’ Training team moved up North Goa and conducted Teachers’ Training Phase I for Bardez and Bicholim Talukas.
4th January 2008	Schools reopened after winter break and BJS EDUQIP (GOA) team started with the second round of SMART SCHOOL, Knowledge Kafe and Road Map implementation.
24th December 2007	BJS EDUQIP- GOA celebrated Christmas in the office with Santa Claus (Sachin Moraes). This lunch hour Christmas celebration reinstated the message of love and unity among all the members and reassured that we are a big BJS family.
20th December 2007	School Administration Software, Knowledge Kafe and Road Map (follow up on accreditation) has been covered in 104 schools of Goa.
17th, 18th & 20th December 2007	Teacher Training Program conducted at Quepem Taluka, South Education Zone.
13th to 15th December 2007	Teacher Training Program conducted at Salcette Taluka, South Education Zone.
10th to 12th December 2007	Teacher Training Program conducted at Cancacona Taluka, South Education Zone.
10th to 12th December 2007	Teacher Training Program conducted at Ponda Taluka, Central Education Zone.

6th to 8th December 2007	Launched Teachers’ Training Program for Teachers of Goa. 1st program was held in Tiswadi Taluka, Central Education Zone. All the teachers who attended appreciated the program.
4th December 2007	Launched “SMART” School Administration Software Program for Schools of Goa.
29th November 2007	Pri Accreditation conducted in Canacona Taluka, South Education Zone.
28th November 2007	Pri Accreditation conducted in Quepem Taluka, South Education Zone.
27th November 2007	Pri Accreditation conducted in Salcete Taluka, South Education Zone.
26th November 2007	Pri Accreditation conducted in Marmugao Taluka, South Education Zone.
17th November 2007	Data entry for 263 schools completed where Accreditation was done.
14th November 2007	CEO and National President Shri Shantilal Muttha visited BJS EDUQIP (Goa) office and had a meeting with the team.
12th & 13th November 2007 ( R)	Training at Pune for Program implementation at FJEI Schools.
11th November 2007	8 member team left for implementation of SAP, KK & Smart School in FJEI schools of Punjab, Haryana, M.P. and Chattisgarh.
5th & 6th November 2007	In house training at for Goa team on SAP, KK, Smart School & MTEP. The training was conducted by Executive Director Shri Sunil Phadke, Ms. Mrinmayee, Ms. Yogini, Ms. Pradnya & Ms. Sharda.
3rd November 2007	National Secretary of BJS, Shri Prafulla Parekh visited BJS EDUQIP (Goa) office and had a meeting with the team.
24th October 2007	Accreditation completed in all secondary schools given to BJS by the Government of Goa.
24th October 2007	Pri Accreditation conducted in Ponda Taluka, Central Education Zone
23rd October 2007	Pri Accreditation conducted at Sanguem Taluka, Central Education Zone
23rd October 2007	BJS EDUQIP (Goa) team visits to 20 % (75 schools) schools in 5 talukas where Pri-Accreditation was conducted have been completed.
11th October 2007	Pri Accreditation was held in Tiswadi Taluka
10th October 2007	Pri Accreditation was held in Bardez Taluka
9th October 2007	3rd G-BASIC meeting held at Conference Hall, Directorate of Education, Govt. of Goa, Panaji
12th September 2007	Pri - Accreditation was held in Sattari and Pernem Talukas of North Goa.
11th September 2007	The first Pri - Accreditation for Goa schools is held in North Goa, Bicholim Taluka covering 92 schools. BJS Ex. Dir Shri. Sunil Phadke and Deputy Dir. Brig. Satish Kalia conduct it along with BJS EDUQIP (Goa) team
8th September 2007	BJS EDUQIP (Goa) team completes accreditation of 200 Schools in Goa
31st August 2007	BJS EDUQIP (Goa) team completes Accreditation of 163 Schools in Goa as on 31st August 07.
20th August 2007	The deputed teachers and CRPs start independent Accreditation with their respective teams.
14th August 2007	BJS EDUQIP (Goa) team completes Accreditation for another set of 100 Schools in Goa
7th August 2007	Teachers & CRP’s along with our BJS team started Accreditation Program in schools.
5th August 2007	The deputed teachers and CRPs return to Goa after training.
1st August 2007	The deputed teachers and CRPs leave for Pune to undergo training on BJS EDUQIP.
31st July 2007	The team successfully completed Accreditation of 62 schools in Goa.
19th July 2007	The second G-BASIC meeting was held at the Conference Room of the Education Directorate wherein the following members were present.1. Dr.Celsa Pinto (Director Dept. of Education, Goa)2. Shri.Santosh Amonkar (Jt. Director - SCERT, Goa)3. Shri. Avinash Bhambra,Project In-Charge, BJS-EDUQIP, Goa.4. Brig. Satish Kalia (Dy. Director, BJS, Pune)5. Shri. Anil Pawar could not attend the meeting due to an urgent commitment elsewhere.
2nd July 2007	Accreditation of Schools in Goa took off with 3 teams covering Tiswadi, Ponda, Bardez and Bicholim talukas.
28th June 2007	Meeting of 22 Heads of Institutions was conducted at Directorate of Education Office at Panaji, Goa, for selection & deputation of 22 teachers for BJS-EDUQIP - Goa Project. The meeting was chaired by Director Education - Dr. Celsa Pinto in the presence of Jt. Director SCERT - Mr. Santosh S. Amonkar and Deputy Director - Mr. Pawar. Mr. Arun Chaturvedi - Asst. Director, BJS along with few officials of BJS was also present during the meeting.
25th to 30th June 2007	Accreditation Training Program and Special Group Discussion sessions were conducted at BJS Goa office for the new staff under the supervision of Mr. Arun Chaturvedi Asst. Director BJS.
23rd June 2007	The Goa team leaves for Goa from WERC in the evening.
18th to 23rd June 2007	Induction Program organized for BJS Goa Team at Senate Hall, BJS Pune Head Office. Shri. Shantilal Muttha, National President BJS, Mr. Prafulla Parakh - National Secretary - BJS, Brig. Satish Kalia, Deputy Director - BJS, Mr. Arun Chaturvedi, Asst. Director BJS and other Senior Officials of BJS conducted the Induction Program for the newly joined staff of BJS Goa. Dr. Devendra Agochia, Consultant, conducted a special session for the Team.
17th June 2007	BJS Goa Team reached Pune in the morning and was lodged at W.E.R.C. Pune. Subsequently City sight seeing was organised for the team.
16th June 2007	The complete Goa team leaves for Pune for attending formal Induction Program at BJS Head Office.
15th June 2007	Selected candidates reported at BJS Goa office.
31st May 2007 to 2nd June 2007	Walk-in interviews conducted at BJS Goa office by BJS National President Shri. Shantilal Muttha, Deputy Director - Brig. Satish Kalia and Goa Project In-charge Mr. Raju Ghosh in the presence of Manager – HR, Mr. Vinod Khedlekar. Subsequently offer letters were issued to selected candidates.
25th May 2007	Fresh advertisements for recruitment were released in Gomantak, Herald, & Navhind Times in Goa between 23rd and 25th May 2007.
19th May 2007	Interview of walk-in candidates was conducted by Brig. Satish Kalia Dy. Director, BJS at BJS-EDUQIP (GOA) office.
18th May 2007	BJS National President Shri. Shantilalji Muttha had a formal meeting with the Dr. Celsa Pinto (Director Dept. of Education, GOA) along with Brig. Satish Kalia (Dy. Director, BJS, Pune) & Mr. Raju Ghosh (Project Incharge, BJS-EDUQIP (GOA)
18th May 2007	The First G-BASIC Meeting was held in the Conference Room of the Education Directorate wherein the following members were present. 1) Dr. Celsa Pinto(Director Dept. of Education, GOA) 2) Mr. Santosh Amonkar(Jt.Director SCERT, GOA) 3) Mr. A. Shantilalji Muttha made a visit to BJS-EDUQIP, Goa Office and had a session with all the staff members.
17th May 2007	The advertisement for appointment was cancelled through release of Cancellation Notification through the same dailies (Gomantak Times & Gomantak (Marathi Version) at GOA.
16th May 2007	The first appointment advertisement of BJS-EDUQIP was realized in Gomatak Times & Gomantak Daily (Marathi Version) at GOA for recruitment of local staff in various positions.
30th April 2007	Received the signed MOU from HO-Pune and subsequently handed over to Mr. Santosh Amonkar - Jt. Director, SCERT
19th April 2007	Mr. Santosh Amonkar, Jt. Director, SCERT, handed over the signed MOU in duplicate, to Mr. Raju Ghosh. The same was forwarded to BJS HO – Pune, on the same day.
18th April 2007	Mr. Raju Gosh, Project Incharge, Goa, BJS had meeting with Dr. Celsa Pinto, Director Education, regarding signing of MOU.
12th April 2007	Orientation Program of BJS-EDUQIP was conducted at Prathamik Sikshak Bhavan, Qnepem for Heads of Institutes of Qnepem Taluka in the presence of Mr. Shivkumar Jangum DEO South Education Zone. The program was attended by around 85 Heads of Institutes.
11th April 2007	Orientation Program of BJS-EDUQIP was conducted at St.Tereza High School, Canacona for Head of the Institutes of Canacona Taluka in the presence of Mr.Shivkumar Jangum DEO South Education Zone. The program was attended by 90 Heads of Institutes.
10th April 2007	Orientation Program of BJS-EDUQIP was conducted at St.Andrew’s Institute, Vasco-da-Gama for Heads of the Institutes of Marmugao Taluka in the presence of Mr. Shivkumar Jangum DEO, South Education Zone. The program was attended by around 60 Heads of Institutes.
9th April 2007	Brig. Satish Kalia, Dy. Director, BJS along with Mr. Raju Ghosh Project In charge, BJS had meeting with Dr. Celsa Pinto, Director Education, regarding signing of MOU and related issues.
9th April 2007	Orientation Program of BJS-EDUQIP was conducted at Fatima Convent School, Madgao for Heads of the Institutes & Headmasters of Salcete Taluka in the presence of Mr. M. K. Shaikh, Chairman - Goa Education Development Corporation & Mr. B. G. Naik Dept. Director South Education Zone. The program was attended by 108 Heads of Institutes.
23rd March 2007	Orientation Program of BJS-EDUQIP was conducted at Forest Training Centre, Valpoi, Sattari for Heads of the Institutes & Headmasters of Sattari Taluka in the presence of Mr.Ashok Rane, Dept. Education Officer North Education Zone. Mr. Chandrashekar, Principal, Jawahar Navodya Vidyalaya. The program was attended by 134 Heads of Institutes.
22nd March 2007	Orientation Program of BJS-EDUQIP was conducted at Our Lady of Grace High School, Bicholim for Heads of the Institutes & Headmasters of Bicholim Taluka in the presence of Mr. Ashok Rane, Dept. Education Officer North Education Zone. The program was attended by 109 Heads of Institutes.
21st March 2007	Orientation Program of BJS-EDUQIP was conducted at Bhagabati High School, Pernem for Heads of the Institutes & Headmasters of Pernem Taluka in the presence of Mr.Ashok Rane, Dept. Education Officer North Education Zone. The program was attended by 100 Heads of Institutes.
20th March 2007	Orientation Program of BJS-EDUQIP was conducted at St. Britto High School, Mapusa for Heads of the Institutes & Headmasters of Bardez Taluka in the presence of Mr. Ashok Rane, Dept. Education Officer North Education Zone. The program was attended by 90 Heads of Institutes.
17th March 2007	Orientation Program of BJS-EDUQIP was conducted at AJ De. Almeida High School, Ponda for Heads of the Institutes & Headmasters of Ponda Taluka in the presence of Mr. G. P. Bhatt, Dept. Director Central Education Zone. The program was attended by 123 Head of Institutes.
16th March 2007	Orientation Program of BJS-EDUQIP was conducted at Gurukul Hall, Sanguem for 74 Heads of the Institutes & Headmasters of Sanguem Taluka in the presence of Mr. Sunil Phadke, Executive Director, BJS, Brig. Kalia, Dy. Director BJS & Mr. G. P. Bhatt Dy. Director Central Education Zone.
15th March 2007	Orientation Program of BJS-EDUQIP was conducted at Mary Immaculate Girl’s High School, Panaji for 80 Heads of the Institutes of Tiswadi Taluka in the presence of Mr. Sunil Phadke, Executive Director BJS, Brig. Kalia Dy. Director BJS, Mr. Raju Ghosh, Project In-charge, BJS & Mr. G. P. Bhatt, Dy. Director, Central Education Zone - Goa.
15th March 2007	BJS-EDUQIP Program was inaugurated at Mary Immaculate Girl’s High School, Panaji in the presence of Mr. Udipto Ray, Secretary of Education, Govt. of Goa, Dr.Celsa Pinto, Director of Education, Mr. Anand Agashe, Editor Director of Sakal group and Mr. Shantilal Muttha, National President BJS, along with several dignitaries from Education Department, Govt. of Goa and BJS. Around 80 heads of the institutes from Tiswadi Taluka were present during the occasion.
12th March 2007	Mr. Santosh Amonkar, Jt. Director, SCERT, officially allots 2 room Office space for BJS Goa, at SIE Building, 2nd Floor, Alto Betim, Provorim Goa.
9th March 2007	Formal letter for organizing Taluka-wise Orientation Program for Head of Institutions was handed over to Dy. Directors of North, Central and South Education zone By BJS team.
7th March 2007	BJS Executive Director, Mr. Sunil Phadke, Dy. Director Brig. Satish Kalia and Mr. Raju Ghosh ,Project In Charge- Goa had meeting with Dr. Celsa Pinto, Director Education, and all Dy. Directors of North, Central and South Education Zones, to brief about the Project, Orientation Programs and introduction of the Core Team. Also had meeting with Mr. L.M.T. Fernandes State Project Director, Sarva Siksha Abhiyan - Goa.
4th March 2007	BJS Core Team Headed by Mr. Raju Ghosh (Project In charge-Goa) leaves Pune for Goa, and reaches Circuit House, Altino, Goa, on evening at the same day.
