Education is a key driver for socio-economic development, which is so much vital in Nation Building. BJS-EDUQIP has identified all the stakeholders in the project and has in the planning ensured that all of them shall be beneficiaries in some way or the other. The benefits as applicable to the various stakeholders are seen as follows :

1. School Management Board / committee

BJS-EDUQIP project will benefit members of the School Management Board who managing schools at Andaman & Nicobar Islands. It will aim to successfully create awareness amongst the board members in terms of responsibilities towards and involvement in the school functioning and management.

BJS-EDUQIP project will empower all school management boards with new management practices and techniques for improving the efficacy of their schools.

2. Teachers

BJS-EDUQIP project will be of immense benefit to the teachers, who are the key drivers for educational delivery. BJS-EDUQIP programs shall equip these teachers to be able to mentor the students and deliver holistic educational inputs aimed at academic excellence.

3. Parents

BJS-EDUQIP project will help parents to be able to guide and mentor their children so as to equip them to face the future challenges and become successful citizens in the new economic order.

4. Students

All BJS-EDUQIP project programmes have been developed with a ‘Students’ first approach. The project will equip students to face the future and achieve academic excellence.
